Object of the discount

15% discount (fixed charges, EU ETS* costs and on-board services excluded) on the purchase of tickets for departures on the following Grimaldi Lines ferry connections:

• Livorno-Olbia and back,
• Civitavecchia-Porto Torres and back,
• Civitavecchia-Olbia and back (**only for departures from 18/6/24 to 30/9/24),
• Livorno-Palermo and back,
• Naples-Palermo and back,
• Civitavecchia-Barcelona and back,
• Porto Torres-Barcelona and back,
• Brindisi-Igoumenitsa and back,
• Brindisi-Corfu and back.

Validity of the discount code

The discount is valid for bookings made from 18/06/2024 to 18/09/2024 for departures from 18/06/2024 to 17/12/2024 (**). 

How to use the discount code

Customers can use the Grimaldi Lines Discount Code, received at the time of purchase on the www.stanartis.com, website, by making their booking according to the following procedures:

• on the www.grimaldi-lines.com website, by entering the Grimaldi Lines Discount Code in the appropriate field;
• by contacting the Grimaldi Lines Call Center at 081496444 indicating the Grimaldi Lines Discount Code;
• by sending an email to info@grimaldi.napoli.it indicating the Grimaldi Lines Discount Code;
• at Grimaldi Tours points of sale located in Naples, via Marchese Campodisola, 13 - Rome, via Rasella, 157 - Cagliari, via della Maddalena, 3, indicating the Grimaldi Lines Discount Code.

The Grimaldi Lines Discount Code cannot be used for purchases made via app.

Terms of application

The Grimaldi Lines discount is valid, for the purchase of the above-mentioned ferry connections, for the passenger (adult/child), the accommodation supplement (seat, cabin), the supplement for the carriage of the accompanying vehicle and the supplement for the carriage of pets; it does not apply to the fixed charges, nor to the EU ETS cost component, nor to the on-board services such as meals, pet in cabin, wi-fi, wellness centre, nor to insurance policies.

The discount applies to the entire booking made by the beneficiary (beneficiary and travellers together).

The discount applies to both the standard and special fare level. Issued tickets follow the change and cancellation conditions of the chosen fare level.

The discount does not apply in conjunction with on-board events.

Cumulation of the discount coupon

The discount can be combined with any special offers active at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated in the relevant offer conditions (available at: https://www.grimaldi-lines.com/). The discount cannot be combined with resident/native fares, nor with the senior fare, conventions, partnerships or other discount codes. The discount does not apply in conjunction with on-board events.

Cancellation and ticket changes

The discount is not retroactive: it applies only to new bookings and does not apply to tickets first issued before 18/06/2024.

Issued tickets follow the change and cancellation conditions of the chosen fare level. Special fare tickets are non-refundable, but can be changed according to the conditions in force.

*Pursuant to Directive (EU) 2023/959, maritime transport has been included in the European Union's greenhouse gas emission allowance trading scheme (‘EU ETS’). As of 1 January 2024, an item called ‘EU ETS costs’ will be incorporated into the ticket price for each passenger and each vehicle, the amount of which varies depending on the route, and which cannot be discounted or refunded. At present, public service routes (from Naples and Palermo to Cagliari and vice versa; from Civitavecchia to Arbatax and Cagliari and vice versa) and the Civitavecchia-Olbia route and vice versa are excluded from the application of the EU ETS.
