Promoter

This prize competition is promoted by STANARTIS S.R.L., with registered office at Via Ugo Palermo 6, 80128 Naples, tax code and VAT number 09552061211.

Duration of the competition

The competition will run from 1 December 2024 to 31 January 2025.

Territory

The competition is valid throughout Italy.

Recipients

All natural persons of legal age and resident in Italy who make a purchase of at least one Stanartis product during the period of validity of the competition are eligible to participate.

Modalities of participation

To participate, you must purchase at least one Stanartis product during the promotional period. Each purchase allows a single participation in the final draw.

Prize up for grabs

The winner will receive:

• An entry for two people for the evening of the Sanremo Festival on Thursday 13 February 2025.
• One night's accommodation at the Hotel Royal in Sanremo, the hotel that will host the competing singers.

Extraction

The draw for the winner will take place by 5 February 2025, in the presence of a notary public. The winner will be contacted using the data provided at the time of purchase.

Notification of Winning

The winner will be informed by e-mail or telephone. If there is no reply within 48 hours, a new draw will be held.

Award presentation

The prize will be sent by e-mail with all the necessary information for access to the Sanremo Festival and accommodation. The prize is not transferable to third parties or convertible into money.

Exclusion from participation

Employees of Stanartis S.r.l. and their family members are excluded from the competition.

Personal data processing

Personal data will be processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and used exclusively for purposes related to the competition.

Acceptance of regulations

Participation implies full acceptance of these regulations.

Changes and communications

The promoting company reserves the right to amend the rules or suspend the competition for reasons of force majeure, guaranteeing the protection of participants' rights.

Advertising the competition

The competition will be publicised on the official Stanartis website www.stanartis.com and through other communication channels.

Place of jurisdiction

The Court of Naples, registered office of the promoting company, shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.

Undisbursed awards

Any prizes not awarded will be donated to the non-profit organisation ‘L'Acchiappasogni - Associazione Culturale No Profit’, based in Via Guantai ad Orsolone n. 92, Naples, Tax Code 95228350633.
