Regulations of the price draw 2025

REGULATIONS OF THE PRIZE DRAW

  1. Promoter
    STANARTIS S.R.L., with registered office at Via Ugo Palermo 6, 80128 Naples (NA), VAT and Tax ID number 09552061211, is organizing the following prize draw.
  2. Duration of the Prize Draw
    The prize draw started on December 1, 2024, and will end on January 31, 2025.
  3. Territorial Scope
    The prize draw is valid throughout the entire territory of Italy.
  4. Participants
    The prize draw is open to all individuals over the age of 18 residing in Italy who, during the validity period of the competition, purchase at least one Stanartis product.
  5. Participation Method
    To participate in the prize draw, consumers must purchase at least one Stanartis product during the prize draw period. Each purchase will grant one entry into the final drawing.
  6. Prize: Travel Voucher worth €3,000, redeemable at: EMPIRE A.M.A. Srl

  7. Drawing
    The winner will be drawn by February 5, 2025, in the presence of a notary. The winner's name will be contacted through the contact details provided during the purchase of the Stanartis product.
  8. Notification of the Winner
    The winner will be contacted by email or phone. If there is no response within 48 hours, a second draw will take place.
  9. Prize Delivery
    The voucher will be sent to the winner by email, containing all the necessary information to redeem the prize at the EMPIRE A.M.A. Srl agency. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.
  10. Exclusion from Participation
    Employees of the promoter company and their relatives are excluded from participating in the prize draw.
  11. Processing of Personal Data
    Personal data provided by participants will be processed in compliance with privacy regulations (EU Regulation 2016/679 - GDPR) and will only be used for purposes related to the prize draw.
  12. Acceptance of the Regulations
    Participation in the prize draw implies the full acceptance of these regulations.
  13. Changes and Communications
    The promoter reserves the right to modify these regulations or suspend the prize draw for reasons of force majeure or for reasons not attributable to the promoter, ensuring that such changes do not affect the rights acquired by participants.
  14. Advertising
    This prize draw will be advertised through the official Stanartis website and other communication channels.
  15. Jurisdiction
    Any disputes related to the prize draw will be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of the location of the promoter's registered office.
  16. ONLUS
    Unclaimed prizes will be donated to the non-profit organization L’Acchiappasogni Associazione Culturale No Profit, Via Guantai ad Orsolone n. 92, Naples, Tax ID 95228350633.
