HOW TO USE THE PRODUCT

STEP 1 – Treatment from within

Take 2 Tricostrong® tablets daily on a full stomach—preferably after lunch or dinner—with plenty of water. Targeted ingredients such as Tricostrong CPX®, Annurca Apple and Biotin act on the hair bulb, supporting hair growth, strengthening the hair fibre and helping counteract hair loss.

STEP 2 – Cleansing and stimulation

Apply the Strengthening Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo to wet hair. Gently massage the scalp to stimulate microcirculation and promote the absorption of the active ingredients. Leave on for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

STEP 3 – Deep repair and nourishment

After shampooing, apply the Restructuring Conditioner to the lengths and ends. Leave on for 2–3 minutes, then rinse. For an intensive treatment, use it once a week as a pre-shampoo mask, leaving it on for 10–15 minutes.
